Health Insurance
StaffCo offers an ACA compliant health insurance plan. You are eligible to enroll during the annual enrollment period and for 30 days from date of hire.

Holiday Pay
Once you have worked 1200 hours during the calendar year, you may be eligible for holiday pay.
Paychecks
Paychecks are issued weekly via paper check or direct deposit.
Referral Bonus
Refer anyone you know, and receive $40.00 when they complete 40 hours of work for StaffCo.
Time Cards
You will be informed of the time-keeping procedure before you begin an assignment.
Vacation Pay
Once you have worked 1950 hours during the calendar year, you may be eligible for vacation pay.
401(k) Plan
StaffCo offers a 401(k) plan to employees. Employees at least 21 years of age are eligible for enrollment three months from the date of hire.
